Subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability of The Bag Tag Studio will be limited to one of the following:

• in relation to The Bag Tag Studio services:
• the supplying of services again; or
• the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
• in relation to The Bag Tag Studio goods:
• the replacement or repair of the goods;
• the supply of or the payment of the cost of obtaining equivalent/alternate goods; or
• the payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods.

Pricing

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST (10%). Prices may be changed at our discretion and without notice.

Ordering and Payment

All orders can be placed and paid for on our website with the use of our Shopping Cart facility.

We provide a range of payment options to suit our different customer needs.

Payments can be made by:

• credit card (Mastercard/Visa),
• direct deposit (our bank details will be provided when you select this option)
• cheque/money order payable to ‘The Bag Tag Studio’.

Credit card payments are processed securely using a third party payment gateway. We do not store credit card information, and all information passed to the gateway provider is protected by a high quality SSL certificate.

Postage and Handling

All orders are dispatched via Australia Post Regular Mail which is a non-trackable service. If you would like to track your order, please select the Express Post option for a flat fee of $10.

Australia-wide postage and handling charges are as follows:

Up to 10 tags	$5.00
11+ tags	$7.50

For international postage rates, please see the ‘International Delivery’ section.

For orders paid by credit card, we produce and dispatch all orders via Australia Post regular service within 5 days of receiving the order.

For orders paid by Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order, we produce and dispatch orders via Australia Post regular service within 5 days of receiving payment or payment clearing.

If you require quicker than standard production and Australia Post delivery times, or would like to be able to track your order, we are happy to send orders via Express Post for a flat fee of $10.00.

International Delivery

The Bag Tag Studio is happy to receive orders from all over the world.

For orders paid by credit card, we produce and dispatch all orders via Australia Post Air Mail within 5 days of receiving the order.

For orders paid by Direct Deposit or Cheque/Money Order, we produce and dispatch orders via Australia Post Air Mail within 5 days of receiving payment or payment clearing.

Delivery can take up to 14 days depending on location. Visit www.austpost.com.au for delivery times.

Below are our international Australia Post Air Mail charges. In an instance where your order exceeds these weight restrictions, we will contact you regarding applicable delivery charges. A 500g package can contain up to 20 tags. To make the most of these international postage charges, you can consolidate orders with family and friends.

Australia Post Air Mail is not a trackable service. Please note that risk and responsibility for items in transit pass on to you, the customer, once the goods have been dispatched to Australia Post.

If you would like to track your parcel, request delivery via registered mail, arrange insurance or express delivery services please contact us at info@bagtagstudio.com.au and we will provide you with the relevant shipping costs.

For international orders, please note that customs fees and duties may be payable on your order. We recommend you contact your local customs/import organisation to determine what import fees and duties may apply to your order. Please be aware that these charges are your responsibility and The Bag Tag Studio does not have any control over any import fees and duties charged.

Money-Back Guarantee

The Bag Tag Studio takes pride in the quality of our products to make sure you get the best product. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products we provide a 14-day money back guarantee. The Bag Tag Studio reserves the right to limit this guarantee to 5 items per household.

Refunds exclude postage and handling costs and will be processed within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents, a copy of the receipt, with a brief note explaining the problem. You will be responsible for payment of postage on the returns and assume the risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods in transit on returned items and may be required to provide proof of postage in the event that a returned item is not received by us. For this reason, it is recommended that goods returned to us are sent using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Registered Post or Express Post).

The Bag Tag Studio reserves the right to refuse to accept, and to return, parcels that arrive COD or have ‘More To Pay’ stamped on them.

Refunds will be paid using the same method used to pay for the goods (e.g. if you paid by credit card we will refund your credit card; if paid by Direct Deposit we will transfer funds into your nominated account).
