How long will it take to get my order?
All Monogrammed Products are sent via Parcel Post or courier only
What if I need my order sent urgently?
What are the tags made of?
All tags are made of a durable plastic card - similar to, but thicker than, a credit card. The actual size is 54mm x 86mm.
Monogrammed Luggage tags are made from 100% soft nappa leather.
How do you attach the tag
onto a bag and will it stay there?
The tag is ‘looped’ through a strap or handle of the bag. Once attached to the bag, the loop is quite secure and remains in place. The straps of the tags are heavy duty loops made specifically for luggage tags. So if they’re durable enough to withstand baggage handling in airports, they’re sure to withstand normal everyday use.

On all our tags, except large corporate design artwork, www.bagtagstudio.com.au is displayed at the bottom of the tag in small size font (6). This can not be removed.
Monogram FAQ's
What Colours can you monogram?
Gold and Silver are the main colours, however we can also monogram in many other colours. These include champagne gold, Rose gold and copper
What is Blind Embossing?
Is the embossing of leather without colour. It is a beautiful, understated look. Letters are indented into the leather.
How Many Letters can I monogram?
At the Bag Tag Studio we do not charge for up to 9 monogrammed letters. We do recommend using 24pt font when using longer monogramming. Our leather luggage tags are 2-3 letters.
How secure is my payment online?
payment has been finalised. They are securely captured and passed directly to the bank protected by a 128-bit encryption SSL Certificate.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I still order online?
The Bag Tag Studio accepts paypal. We now also accept Afterpay.
Do you offer Refunds or Exchange?
You will be entitled to a refund or exchange under Australian Consumer Law if:
- the product is not of acceptable quality
- the product is not fit for a particular purpose that is expressly stated; or
- the product does not match the description
You may be asked to return the product to us and/or send photos for inspection.
A product will not be deemed faulty if the perceived fault is due to general wear and tear or from issues arising from abnormal use.
Please note our tags are individually personalised, so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
