How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are dispatched using standard Australia Post within 5 days of receiving payment or payment clearing.
What if I need my order sent urgently?
If you require a quicker turnaround on your order, we are happy to process urgent orders with a next day turnaround via Express Post. An additional charge of $10 applies.
What are the tags made of?
All tags are made of a durable plastic card – similar to, but thicker than, a credit card. The actual size is 54mm x 86mm.
How do you attach the tag onto a bag and will it stay there?
The tag is ‘looped’ through a strap or handle of the bag. Once attached to the bag, the loop is quite secure and remains in place. The straps of the tags are heavy duty loops made specifically for luggage tags. So if they’re durable enough to withstand baggage handling in airports, they’re sure to withstand normal everyday use.
How secure is my payment online?
When ordering online, your credit card details are not viewed by us at any time during the transaction, nor stored in our databases once payment has been finalised. They are securely captured and passed directly to the bank protected by a 128-bit encryption SSL Certificate.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I still order online?
Yes, you can pay by Direct Deposit. Just select ‘Direct Deposit’ as the payment option when you checkout. Our bank details are:
